I enclose the non-refundable registration fee. On acceptance of a place I agree to pay a deposit of one term's fees, to be returned in my child’s final term provided the correct notice has been given.

I understand that a term’s written notice must be given to withdraw my child, such written notice to be given on or before the first day of the term of departure or a term’s fees will be payable in lieu.
